Mesh & Bar Pty Ltd is a new and growing independent reinforcement company that commenced its operations in 1999 in Sydney. From those humble beginnings, it has over the last decade, grown itself into a company with sizeable presence in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. Mesh & Bar has operations in Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Melbourne. The company aims to further diversify its geographical presence in the years to come by opening branches/service centers in other parts of Australia.

Mesh & Bar employs very experienced professionals from the reinforcement industry whose combined industry experience exceeds 100 years. It is this industry experience and expertise coupled with investment in the latest plant and equipment by the Shareholders that has helped the company to grow to its present strength in a relatively short span of time

The shareholders of Mesh & Bar have diversified investments in the Australasian region and are part of an industrial group that has business presence in various locations within the region. The Australian interests of the group comprise of many manufacturing operations around Australia. Some of these familiar and successful brands include:

• Hurricane - is a manufacturer and distributor of Rural fencing products throughout Australia.
• Reomart – is a manufacturer and distributor of Reinforcing fabric welded mesh, cut and bent reinforcing bar with offices based in the Northern Territory
  
• Metroll - is a manufacture and distributer of metal roofing and wall cladding, purlins, girts and bridging systems. Along with rainwater goods including gutters, valleys, fascias and accessories
• Bondor - manufacturer and supplier of thermal building solutions and lightweight architectural panels throughout Australia
  
• National Polystyrene Systems – manufactures and supplies block, sheet and profile cut polystyrene products. Including waffle pods, packaging, insulation and Geofoam for bridge building
• H H Robertson – manufactures and installs Architectural Walls and Composite Panel, Insulated Roof and Wall Cladding, Single Skin Roof and Wall Cladding and Engineered Natural Ventilation systems
